How to read the fleet

Quick answer

Each listing shows the yacht's length, builder and, where confirmed, its maximum guest capacity, cabins and features listed on board. Every yacht is chartered privately with its own captain and crew. Prices are quoted per date because rates change with the season and the length of the charter.

The fleet spans three broad styles. Day boats and sport cruisers from 27 to 43 feet are nimble, stylish and ideal for couples or small families. Flybridge and motor yachts from 50 to 75 feet add an upper deck, more shade, cabins and bathrooms. Luxury yachts and superyachts from 80 to 130 feet offer several decks, larger crews and, on several yachts, a chef and open bar listed on board.

Where a detail is missing from a listing, such as the guest capacity of the 88' Sunseeker or the 100' Maiora, it is because we confirm it per booking rather than publish a figure that may change (read how we choose the vessels we present). If you are planning a celebration, a wedding or a corporate day, our charter experiences page explains the extras that can be arranged, and yacht weddings has its own planning guide.

The smallest boat in the fleet and the easiest to say yes to. This 27-foot Sea Ray suits a couple or a small family who want a few unhurried hours on the water: a cruise past El Arco, a swim when the bay is calm, and the freedom to set the pace with your captain instead of following a fixed route.

Availability, capacity and pricing

The yachts shown here represent the fleet we currently present, but individual yachts can be sold, relocated, booked by other clients or taken out of service for maintenance. Guest numbers are the maximum listed for each yacht; a comfortable number for a seated meal is usually lower.

Rates depend on the date, season, charter length and extras, so we confirm availability, inclusions, any additional costs and the cancellation and weather terms in writing with every quote. If a yacht you like is not available, we will suggest the closest alternatives.

Choosing a yacht

Size, style and the details that matter on the day

Start with your head count, then think about how you want the day to feel.

Group size. Use the listed maximum as a ceiling, not a target. Ten guests on a yacht rated for twelve feels full once lunch is served; the same group on a 75-footer has room to spread across two decks. For seated dining or a celebration with a cake and music, allow extra space.

Shade and shelter. Cabo sunshine is strong year-round. A flybridge hardtop, a shaded cockpit or an air-conditioned salon makes a long day far more comfortable, especially for children and older guests.

Bathrooms and cabins. Smaller day boats have compact facilities. If your group is mixed or the charter is long, yachts such as the 50' Azimut with three bathrooms, or the 98' Avante with four, make life easier.

Swim stops and water toys. Any yacht can pause for a swim when conditions allow, but listed extras such as a floating mat, paddleboards or kayaks turn an anchorage into the highlight of the day.

Food and drink. Some superyachts list a chef and open bar; on others, catering and drinks can be added. Your quote states exactly what is provided.

Day boats and sport cruisers

27 to 43 feet. The Sea Rays, the VanDutch and the smaller Azimuts are quick between stops, easy to board and perfect for a few hours of sun, snorkeling and sightseeing for two to a small family.

Flybridge and motor yachts

50 to 75 feet. Upper decks, shaded cockpits, cabins and real galleys. Yachts such as the Manhattans and the Blue Waters are made for longer days and celebrations.

Luxury yachts and superyachts

80 to 130 feet. Several decks, larger crews and, on a number of yachts, a chef, an open bar and water toys listed. The choice for milestones and larger private groups.

Questions & answers

Choosing a yacht, answered

Practical answers for comparing the yachts in our Cabo San Lucas fleet.

Ask us something else

Start with the number of guests and choose a yacht whose listed maximum sits comfortably above it. Couples and small families suit the 27' to 43' day boats; groups of 12 to 14 compare the 50' to 60' yachts; 20 to 30 guests look at the 75' Manhattan and the 80' to 100' yachts; and groups of up to 50 suit the 72' and 74' Blue Water. Tell us your plans and we will narrow it down.

Yes. The capacity on each listing is the maximum listed for that yacht. For a seated meal, dancing or a long day with plenty of personal space, plan on fewer guests than the maximum.

No. Yachts can be sold, repositioned, booked by other clients or taken out for maintenance, so the fleet changes from time to time. We confirm that your chosen yacht is available on your date before you book, and suggest close alternatives if it is not.

Charter rates vary with the date, season, length of charter and extras, and owners adjust them during the year. A personal quote gives you an accurate, current price instead of a figure that could be out of date.

The 98' Avante lists an onboard chef and a well-stocked bar, the 100' Azimut and 108' Mangusta list a private chef and premium open bar, the 100' Maiora lists a gourmet chef and the 130' Sovereign lists a premium open bar. On other yachts, catering and drinks can usually be added.

Any yacht can stop for a swim when conditions allow. Listings that mention water extras include the 98' Avante (floating mat), the 100' Azimut and 108' Mangusta (kayaks, paddleboards and snorkel gear), the 74' Blue Water (paddleboards and surfboards) and the 43' Azimut (shower platform for rinsing off).

The 72' Blue Water (10 to 50 guests) and 74' Blue Water (up to 50) handle the largest groups. The 80' Azimut, 80' Sunseeker, 98' Avante and 100' Azimut each list up to 30, and the 75' Sunseeker Manhattan and 108' Mangusta list up to 20. Use the "Groups of 20+" filter above to see them together.

Most motor yachts have at least one bathroom and an enclosed salon or cabin. Air conditioning is listed on the 74' Blue Water and 98' Avante, and the 50' Azimut has three bathrooms. Ask us to confirm the facilities on any yacht you are considering.

Several larger yachts have staterooms, and the 130' Sovereign lists overnight accommodation for up to 12 guests. Multi-day and weekly charters depend on the yacht and the season, so send us your dates and we will check what is possible.

Yes. Use the photos button on each yacht to open its gallery. If you would like additional images or a video walkthrough, mention it in your request and we will share what is available for that yacht.

Some yachts list fishing equipment, such as the 74' Blue Water, and the 43' Azimut carries a fish finder, so a relaxed fishing outing can be combined with cruising. Tell us if fishing is a priority and we will recommend a suitable boat and confirm the gear provided.

Confirm the date and hours, the boarding point, the number of guests, what food, drinks and equipment are included, any extra costs such as gratuities or decorations, and the deposit, cancellation and weather terms. Our charter planning guide covers each point in more detail.
